  • We will be recording this week’s meetings, and if OK’d with the speaker, will send around video links on Thursday. We will be blocking recordings and screenshots, and ask you to respect the speaker and not to try and bypass this.
  • Do not forward the meeting ID or password to anyone. Zoom meetings are currently being targeted by trolls and troublemakers. If someone might be interested, get them to sign-up as normal via https://oredepositshub.ch/register/ and we will send out one more email an hour before the talks starts. 
  • Microphones of participants will be muted automatically on entry to Zoom and during the talk. In case this doesn’t work, please check that you are muted when you arrive in the meeting. 
  • Towards the end of the talk, participants can submit questions to the speaker via the chat window in Zoom. There are three options here:
    • If you would like to ask the question yourself, simply have your audio enabled and type a short version of the question into the chat box. The host will call you out and unmute you one at a time.
    • If you would like the host to read out your name and your question for you, type: host/ [then your full question]
    • If you would like to remain anonymous in the recorded audio, type: anon/ [then your full question]
  • During the discussion, please leave the chat box for questions or comments to the speaker
